A Romantic Outdoor Wedding at Ethereal Gardens in San Diego

Castle and Nick’s wedding at Ethereal Gardens was a garden party dream like no other! The venue was in Encinitas San Diego, one of my favorite areas of California! Of course it rained all week, so unusual for San Diego weather, but that didn’t stop us from celebrating these two amazing humans. Castle and Nick are too people that don’t get caught up in the details of the day of timeline, which made it easy for them to just enjoy the day without the stress of the weather, plus overcast is great for wedding photos! Castle hired incredible vendors to deliver a stunning setup, I was blown away by their ceremony and reception details. They were both so present in every moment with their family and friends, which allowed me to capture all of the best candid memories of their day.

My favorite parts of their day included shooting their first look and their excitement during the ceremony. I kept sneaking in shots of Nick smiling at Castle when she wasn’t looking and it was just so sweet. Their reception was such a party! If I didn’t have a 30 min drive back to my lodging I swear I would have stayed to drink and dance with all their friends.
