Drawing Inspiration: Vintage Florals and Classic Movie Magic

I was first intrigued by the vintage floral drawings on The Winslet's branding board. Their visual branding set the tone for this dreamy shoot. I was inspired by timeless flicks like "The Wedding Singer" and "My Best Friend's Wedding," as well as the iconic JFK and Jackie Kennedy wedding. I wanted the wedding to have a relaxed backyard feeling to it, while also being elevated and avant gourde.

Collaboration with Harper and James: Design Dream Team

When I joined forces with the talented event stylists and planners, Harper and James, so much fun collaboration happened. We share the same vision and passion for design and styling, making it a match made in wedding heaven. Together, we curated the enchanting atmosphere of this shoot, nailing every detail – from wardrobe to florals to the tablescape which featured mix-matched vintage plates and wooden chairs. All this is juxtaposed with a more modern floral design to keep the styling from going full-blown vintage styling and more so an ode to nostalgia and whimsical tea parties.
